The hinges are nice, but just too expensive. I make jewelry boxes and smaller keepsake boxes with exotic and highly figured woods, and these hinges cost as much as all the other materials included.

I frequently use the Brusso JB102 and the JB103 hinges. Theses stop hinges are extremely high quality and precision tolerances within a couple thousands of an inch. If you’re making high-quality boxes, I deserve a high-quality hinge. These are the ones you want.

TJ-L37 Installation Template

worked well once I made a jig to hold the box/lid/ template. Used Porter Cable type router guide bushing with no adjustments to the bushing. Make sure your using Brusso hinges as this is the design of the template.
