At Brusso Hardware, we're dedicated to ensuring your precision-machined hardware arrives safely and efficiently. We partner with trusted carriers to deliver our Made-in-USA products directly to your workshop.
Understanding Your Shipping Costs
The prices you see on our site are for the hardware itself and do not include shipping costs. As the customer, you're responsible for all shipping charges, including any fees our shipping partners may generate before your package arrives.
We primarily ship with United Parcel Service (UPS) and the United States Postal Service (USPS), chosen for their reliability in handling our high-quality products. If you prefer to use a different carrier, please call our sales team at 212-337-8510 to make special arrangements – we're always happy to help where we can.
Domestic vs. International Shipments
- For all shipments within the United States, your order is considered FOB Delivered. This means we cover the freight costs to get the product to you.
- For all international shipments, your order is considered FOB our shipping point. This means you are responsible for freight costs from our facility, as well as any duties, taxes, or customs fees upon arrival.
Dispatch & Delivery Times
We know you're eager to get started on your projects! Most in-stock items are dispatched from our factory within 2-3 business days. If, for any reason, we foresee a delay beyond this timeframe, we'll personally notify you via phone or email. You'll then have the option to receive a partial shipment of available items or cancel your order if you prefer.
Please keep in mind that the delivery times provided are estimates from our shipping partners. While they're generally accurate, unforeseen circumstances can sometimes cause delays.
- International Shipments: A special note for our international customers – customs processing and duty collection can sometimes extend delivery times. We appreciate your patience and understanding as your quality hardware makes its journey.

We're pleased to offer free shipping on all orders shipped within the United States that are valued at $250 or more (before taxes). For free shipping orders, Brusso Hardware reserves the right to select the shipping method, carrier, and timing to ensure efficient delivery.
