Orders & Payments

Upon purchasing our products you authorize that:

1. You agree to this site’s payment terms.
2. Any and all credit card information is accurate, complete, and true.
3. Your credit card company will honor all charges incurred.
4. All charges incurred by you, including fees, shipping, handling and taxes, will be paid by you in full, at the acknowledged price.

Orders may be placed via website, telephone or fax. Brusso reserves the right to add fees to certain orders that may incur additional services for example rush delivery, special handling and shipping outside of the United States. All posted prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. The credit cards accepted by this site are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  We also accept PayPal transfers. If you would like to pay by check or wire transfer please contact our accounting department to make those arrangements. No orders will be processed or completed without confirmation that full payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel or defer the acceptance or processing of any order at any time in which case you will be notified.

Local Taxes

Brusso Hardware charges sales tax to customers in New Jersey.  Customers elsewhere are expected to comply with local laws.  International customers, all our prices are exclusive of local taxes and import duties.  Customer are responsible for any VAT taxes, customs fees, or import duties related to the purchase of our products.  We ask our customers be familiar with local taxes and regulations before purchasing our products.

Measurement

All of our parts are manufactured, measured, and inspected in US Customary/Imperial units.  Any reference to or descriptions of Brusso Hardware in SI or Metric units is only referential and approximate.  If you see metric units used either on this site, in an email, or in any other communications with Brusso Hardware understand that all these units are for reference only and that these measurements have all be converted from our official US/Imperial measurements.

As a service to our customers, we offer an easy currency converter on this website.  This tool will translate our USD prices to your local currency for your convenience.  The conversion rates for this tool are updated every four hours.  Be aware that Brusso's price list is in US Dollars and all transactions will be conducted in US Dollars.

We do not purport to have a site that is completely free of errors and/or inaccuracies. User Generated Content

Brusso Products LLC reserves the right, but has no obligation, to remove any information or content that, (i) in the Brusso Products LLC’s opinion violates, or may violate, any applicable law, or these terms of use and incorporated policies; or (ii) upon the request of any third party that alleges that the User Generated Content infringes the third party’s rights.

Brusso Products LLC reserves the right, but has no obligation, to report to law enforcement any Personal Information or User Generated Content at any time and for whatever reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.
