Our Promise of Quality & Hassle-Free Returns

At Brusso Hardware, we stand behind the precision and craftsmanship of every product we make in the USA. We want you to be absolutely delighted with your purchase, and we understand that sometimes a return is necessary.

That's why we offer a straightforward, customer-friendly return policy:

Our Simple Return Guidelines:

  • 90-Day Returns: You have a generous 90 days from the date of purchase to return any standard item.
  • Unopened & Re-sellable Condition: To qualify for a full credit, the item must be in its original, unopened packaging and re-sellable condition. We may not accept returns once the sealed packaging has been opened, as this ensures every customer receives a product that meets our exacting standards.
  • Full Credit, No Restocking Fees: When your qualifying return is received at the Brusso factory, you will receive a full credit for the item's purchase price. We will never charge a restocking fee.
  • Return Shipping: While we strive to make returns easy, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
  • Original Shipping Charges: Please note that original shipping charges from your initial order are non-refundable.

Defects

A customer who believes that his/her product is defective must file a complaint within 90 days of receiving the product and email a photo of the damaged item along with order name, number, and contact information to

for inspection. If Brusso deems the product to be defective by fault of Brusso, at our option the item(s) will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost, and shipped with the same method originally chosen.

Custom Work

Inquiries for custom work must include detailed sketches or prints which will be quoted by Brusso. Orders will be accepted based upon our quotation and your approval for work to be done and the deliveries quoted which are typically 6 weeks. Payment for custom work will include 50% down payment with the order and payment in full before shipment is made. Interest will begin to accrue on the outstanding balance at the rate of 1/2% per month after 15 days of the final invoice date. Custom work is not returnable.
