Orders & Payments

Upon purchasing our products you authorize that:

1. You agree to this site’s payment terms.
2. Any and all credit card information is accurate, complete, and true.
3. Your credit card company will honor all charges incurred.
4. All charges incurred by you, including fees, shipping, handling and taxes, will be paid by you in full, at the acknowledged price.

Orders may be placed via website, telephone or fax. Brusso reserves the right to add fees to certain orders that may incur additional services for example rush delivery, special handling and shipping outside of the United States. All posted prices are in U.S. dollars unless otherwise noted. The credit cards accepted by this site are Visa, MasterCard, and American Express.  We also accept PayPal transfers. If you would like to pay by check or wire transfer please contact our accounting department to make those arrangements. No orders will be processed or completed without confirmation that full payment has been received. We reserve the right to cancel or defer the acceptance or processing of any order at any time in which case you will be notified.

Local Taxes

Brusso Hardware charges sales tax to customers in New Jersey.  Customers elsewhere are expected to comply with local laws.  International customers, all our prices are exclusive of local taxes and import duties.  Customer are responsible for any VAT taxes, customs fees, or import duties related to the purchase of our products.  We ask our customers be familiar with local taxes and regulations before purchasing our products.

Shipping & Delivery

Prices shown on this site do not include shipping. Clients are responsible for all shipping charges including any charges generated by our shipping partners prior to arrival. Our shipping partners are United Parcel Service (UPS) and United States Postal Service (USPS).  If you would like us to use a different carrier, please call our sales department to make arrangements. All shipments within the US are FOB Delivered.  All shipments outside the US are FOB our shipping point.  If a package does not arrive due to inaccurate information provided by the customer, the customer shall bear any additional shipping costs incurred.

Most items ship from stock in 2-3 business days. If we are unable to ship your order within 2-3 business days we will advise you via telephone or email and offer you the option to split your shipment or cancel your order.  Delivery times displayed are estimates based off information provided by our shipping partners.  Shipments can be delayed for a variety of reasons.  For international shipments, be advised shipments may be delayed because of customs processing and duty collection.

Free Shipping is available for orders shipped within the United States and over $250 in value before taxes are calculated.  The method, carrier, and timing of orders with Free Shipping is the discretion of Brusso Hardware.  If your order is of a time sensitive nature you should select a premium shipping option or contact Brusso Hardware at 212-337-8510.

Return Policy

Any standard item we sell that has not been opened and is still in salable condition can be returned for a credit less a 20% restocking fee if it is received at the Brusso factory within 90 days of purchase. You are responsible for the return shipping charges. Original shipping charges will not be refunded. Once the package has been opened we will not accept a return.

Defects

A customer who believes that his/her product is defective must file a complaint within 90 days of receiving the product and email a photo of the damaged item along with order name, number, and contact information to

for inspection. If Brusso deems the product to be defective by fault of Brusso, at our option the item(s) will be repaired or replaced at no additional cost, and shipped with the same method originally chosen.

Custom Work

Inquiries for custom work must include detailed sketches or prints which will be quoted by Brusso. Orders will be accepted based upon our quotation and your approval for work to be done and the deliveries quoted which are typically 6 weeks. Payment for custom work will include 50% down payment with the order and payment in full before shipment is made. Interest will begin to accrue on the outstanding balance at the rate of 1/2% per month after 15 days of the final invoice date. Custom work is not returnable.

Measurement

All of our parts are manufactured, measured, and inspected in US Customary/Imperial units.  Any reference to or descriptions of Brusso Hardware in SI or Metric units is only referential and approximate.  If you see metric units used either on this site, in an email, or in any other communications with Brusso Hardware understand that all these units are for reference only and that these measurements have all be converted from our official US/Imperial measurements.

As a service to our customers, we offer an easy currency converter on this website.  This tool will translate our USD prices to your local currency for your convenience.  The conversion rates for this tool are updated every four hours.  Be aware that Brusso's price list is in US Dollars and all transactions will be conducted in US Dollars.

We do not purport to have a site that is completely free of errors and/or inaccuracies. We do not make warranties or representations in any way implying, explicitly or suggested, regarding the products and/or content of this site. Although we do make every effort to provide accurate information, there does exist however, a chance that the information provided about a product’s price, availability, or any other details relating directly or indirectly to the product, may be incomplete or inaccurate. We, therefore, do not claim that this site is error-free, completely updated, or make any warranty thereof. We reserve the right to update the site without prior notice, be it correction of errors or any other change, as we see fit. Brusso Products LLC may provide you with the ability to submit User Generated Content to the Website or Application. This includes, but is not limited to, product reviews, testimonials, and photo submissions.

Brusso Products LLC reserves the right, but has no obligation, to report to law enforcement any Personal Information or User Generated Content at any time and for whatever reason, in its sole and absolute discretion.
