The JB-804S stainless steel full mortise hinge is engineered with a built-in stop that allows a lid to remain open at 95°. The hinge is surface mounted and can be used when an additional stay is not desired. It is milled from stainless steel, which gives the hinge a modern look and does not tarnish, making it suitable for kitchen, bathroom, and marine applications. It measures 1-1/4" in length. Routing template TJ-804 and installation instructions are available.
