worked well once I made a jig to hold the box/lid/ template. Used Porter Cable type router guide bushing with no adjustments to the bushing. Make sure your using Brusso hinges as this is the design of the template.
I ordered the this template to go with the JB-101 hinges that I ordered for a humidor I am building for a client. The template is well constructed and the direction easy to follow. The only adjustment that I needed to make is to adjust for the router collar that I was using because it was a little too long and didn't allow enough space for the bit to work properly. I am really pleased with both the template and the hinges.
I have been using a multitude of these templates in our shop, and like the hinges themselves, these templates are of incredible quality. The templates make hinge installation easy and accurate. Would highly recommend.
